Dogs are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I admit to being head over heels in love with a couple of them. So this summer when I had a chance to watch a young man with his dogs perform before a small crowd at the county fair I was right there in the front row. Hope you enjoy the show!
This dog is fully engaged and ready for the frisbee throw.
The crowd cheers as the dog gets ready to pounce on the flying frisbee.
A dog jumps high and is totally focused on catching a frisbee.
This dog loves to go for a spin in his boy's arms.
A totally airborne dog catches the spinning disk.

Wow, Julie! Great shots! I love the tension in the dog as he licks his chops and stares at the frisbee!

Great action pics!. U can see the joy that animals bring to the kids sitting there... that in itself is priceless!.
ReplyDeleteAwesome shots, Julie!! i know how tough it is to capture those golden moments that only last a few miliseconds and you have a bunch here.
ReplyDeleteI especially love the shot of the children cheering on the dog as he is about to jump for the frisbee.
great stuff!!
So fun! Amazing shots, Julie. I love dogs as well and especially black and white ones. What a great day.
ReplyDeleteGreat action shots Julie! It's fun seeing the dog doing what he loves and the crowd's reaction! And I love dogs too! :D
ReplyDeleteThe one where the dog is straight up is the one that I like the best. The next best would be the last one. My viewpoint is that if you are looking to sell these I am not sure that having the kids faces in the pics would work well. The dog jumpping with just his master was a great one.
ReplyDeleteIt depends on if you are looking at these pics from a business or enjoyment stand point enjoyment kids are great... as a business I am not sure.
Great pics and great photography either way.
Sport day for the dog.
ReplyDeleteWow, I love how you caught a couple with the dogs in the air grabbing the Frisbie. Great shots!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots. Funny... the dog looks just like another frisbee dog I met in Michigan.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots ! I like all of them, but I think the last one is my favourite, the dog seems to be suspended in the air, lovely. And I love these dogs too, even I saw them only on TV shows and films.
ReplyDeleteNice! Love the dog...=D
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute dog!
ReplyDeleteThe last shot was fabulous! They ALL were. There is nothing like man's best friend to make any day in this world a better place.
ReplyDeleteAmazing action shots. What speed do ya'll use to get motion shots that vivid? I am always set deep in awe when I visit you and your God gifted talent.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend chalked full of blessings and great shots!!!
You captured the dogs in action, as well as the crowd enjoying the show!
ReplyDeleteO cão é um otimo amigo. Tenho 3 cachorros. Uma labrador, uma pibull e uma poodool. São minhas companheriras. Essa raça é muito inteligênte.
ReplyDeletePrabens pelas fotos
You captured so much with these shots Julie - flying dog, smiling children, concentrating pet owner, and happiness all around. Perfect.
ReplyDeleteGlad you all enjoyed the action shots of the frisbee dogs.
ReplyDeleteNezzy, thanks for your sweet comment. Actually the shots were not as clear as I'd have liked. My shutter speed was 1/400.
Tom B., these shots were just for fun. Hope you were entertained.
Wow, awesome shots! Must have been a lot of fun to watch!
