Twilight and Bella Italia

As some of you are aware I had a recent vacation to the Olympic Peninsula, the home of the popular Twilight book series. Although I am not a huge fan I was curious. So when we just happened to walk by Bella Italia in Port Angeles, the restaurant where Bella and Edward had their first date, I had to stop and take a photo. This one is for you, Twilight fans.

  1. Beautiful shot. I don't really know anything about Twilight, but this looks like the kind of place I'd enjoy. I see that it's approved by AAA - I hope that doesn't mean it also has a drive-thru.

  2. My name is Breeze and I'm a Twilight Addict! What size is the photo? I went over to purchase it and couldn't see the sizes anywhere but I'm buying one once I know!

  3. well nevermind, found the size! Can it be bigger? Not much, maybe two inches? I have a frame it would fit then.

  4. O-Zone, no drive-thru. LOL But I heard when I was visiting that their food, especially the crab, was wonderful.

Breeze, Thank you for your interest! I've sent you an email.

    Thanks Ellen!

  11. Pretty shot, and, oh, yes, us Twilighters appreciate this one, Julie. Waiting for New Moon in November! If you haven't read the series try listening to it on audio book (free from the library or via YouTube)...much fun. :)

  14. Thanks for the positives! This quaint little restaurant has become a hot spot over night. The typical wait on a week night is one and a half hours. Forget it on the weekend! But I hear their food is excellent!

BTW, I did read the first Twilight book as I was overcome with curiosity. Now I'm pondering if I should read the next one before the next movie.

  16. Beautiful photograph, Julie! (I posted yesterday, and I don't see it.) I love the colors, and since I am an obsessed Twilight fan, the subject mater is terrific! New Moon is very exciting, more involved than Twilight.

  17. I had no idea that the Bella Italia restaurant from the film was any more than a set. I wonder what the food is like, regardless business must be booming thanks to the mention in Twilight.
